Subject: New Smoke City - Trevor's Story (Single Volume) UPDATED! FINALLY!

So…Here I was, having had a final scoot around the traps for new fiction, because I have to put something in Volume 128, but finding nothing.

So I thought I would have a quick browse through more of the open projects folder, and I noticed something, something that shouldn't be there, an old completed project.

Or so I thought.

There sat the single-volume project for HagenMrk's Trevor's Story.

But I was done with it, right? I'd already published all 20 parts, 20 volumes, I was done. So why was this still here?

So I took a look…

Turns out I'd never updated and published the single-volume edition. I'd only got as far as Part 19. Idiot!

So here it is, finally. FINALLY!

Let me warn you, this thing is huge, 1282 pages, so if you're on a mobile device intending to read this, you may struggle, if it's able to load.

I was almost going to include Mark's Editor's Perspective, but that would have made it even bigger. And if it's a struggle to read, or load, can you imagine trying to print the thing? It'd be cool if I managed to do that, but it would take more than two reams of paper, and I'd probably run out of ink. And it would be the size of a phonebook.

Back when I published the 20 volume series, I actually deleted the project, I didn't think anyone would want it.

Apparently Mark did, so I rebuilt it from scratch. Got as far as Part 19, and stopped for some reason, so there it sat for years, unattended, unfinished. Well, No more.

I've given it the bigger cover, added Part 20.

If anyone wants to get their read on over the new year break (if you're lucky enough to have one), go for it, this is your big chance with this epic novel. It's arguably the longest story ever written by a single member of the community. War and Peace? Feh. Smoking paradise? YEAH!

As an aside, New Year's was dead here, none of our neighbours came out, so we stayed in. There were people further away partying of course, but in my immediate area, nothing.

I'll see youse all later. I'm going to bed.

Happy New Year!

Nick
