That's inaccurate. Both boards exist and sadly nastiness has broken out on MidAtlantic board. For whatever reason someone has bone to pick with trying to "replace" the Eastern board. Unless it was up for only a short time, there has been NOTHING nasty on that board. Period. One or two posts since it's existence have started to attack people or schools and the mod took them down quickly.
