The dress is stunning. We had a great deal of embroidery so cost a bit higher. The budget for gems was 500 pounds, the only gems I added after were around the collar of the dress. Other than that the dress was fully gemmed front and back. The $3000 included headpiece, number clip, shipping and the gems. This is my 3rd dress. That being said the Angels' dresses always have a bit more WOW.
