I'm confused by all of this. I thought MUSO was owned/operated by Isabella llacqua and Chris Wilmer was the National Director of the system. The info. posted above states Chris Wilmer is the owner of MUSO. What is llacqua's and Wilmer's actual positions/roles within the MUSO? -- Pageant Look Book

So YES Chris was permitted to use the trademark license to name his company, which produced everything surrounding these pageants. The Ilacquas have done nothing just get money every year for the trademark license. So NO - Chris Wilmer's company does not get swept up by the Ilacquas, at best Chris would have to rename his company and it will go on to produce other pageants elsewhere.
