A trademark APPLICATION does not equate to a license offer from MISS WORLD. Miss World will put a stop on that application. Don't you think CW would have trademarked the name if he was able to do so? NO. Miss World cannot be listed in ANY trademark in ANY country. The shady people over there at Mrs United States are just trying as hard as possible to complicate things for CW.
