In reply to: 411 's message, "After Miss World America, all titleholders were free to move on. You were required to compete in DC. These were appointed titles. Plus Miss World America is 17-25 and Miss United States is 20-29. Over 25 and you're ineligible for Miss World." on 06/23/2015
 But what about the non-appointed title? Are they bound to finish?
