There are a handful of parents, sponsors and contestants that have reached out to the State's Attorney admitting that Kim was plotting to "take Derrick down." She has orchestrated this vicious attack due to being UPSET that Hannah's Boutique made more money off the pageant than she did, that Derrick's relationship with them was stronger and that he was planning to hand over her divisions to Hannah's and dissolve his relationship with her. The pageant community is on Derrick's side. Kim has a track record of being manipulative and reckless in the state of Illinois. There's even a letter from one of the titleholders where she admits Kim contacted a handful of people asking if they care for Derrick.
