After years of experimentation with the SA swing, I have gone back to CG.

I have found that for me, the palm grip and SA set up have absolutely no advantage over an CG set up, in fact all it did was make me feel restrictive and stiff, like I was the Tin Man in the wizard of Oz.

I now use a CG set up with a slightly closed stance to facilitate a better shoulder turn, I take it back to about shoulder height, and then pull it down from the left side of my body, keeping my right hand and arm out of the swing as much as possible.

I'm hitting it very well now, more consistant and longer then I ever did with SA.

The only thing that SA showed me was the benefit of a shorter backswing.

I tried out LPG once, even had the gizzmo for the left hand for it, didn't care for it, once again it felt to mechanical for me.
