Subject: The LOGIC Behind The Sure Shot Putting System

Hello,

Once again with my AIMING(putting) THEORY with a few more details as to WHY of my GEOMETRIC ROUTINE.

I am happy and half successful if this info. serves as a kind of "food for your thought".

Based upon my research findings(Sure Shot Aiming System),I have been saying that just the aim point or the line of aim is not enough...and that a specific geometric routine ( the unknown additional component of aiming)is necessary to be completed(mentally)at each and every sroke we make and without which the ball gets deviated resulting in a miss.

It is the additional, mental but vital component of aiming process,A SIMPLE GEOMETRIC ROUTINE. For various reasons,we fail to complete mentally and this causes the miss of a shot.

Let me make it clear WHY,WHERE and WHEN of this "Geometric Routine" during our shot making.

We usually feel that just line of aim or aim point is enough.........but "seeing the line or aim point is NOT making the shot"..I mean just the idea of the line or aim point ALONE DOESN't make a shot.

After deciding the line of aim etc., the immediate task is to send the ball in the INTENDED line.We think that it is very easy to send the ball if a line is given...but in fact it is an illusion...because it is the HARDEST TASK before a player.

I will try to make it clearer......

Here we should consider the MOMENT of hitting and what actually we do at this very moment which is very CRUCIAL..

At this very MOMENT of hitting the ball we NEED to do TWO things.

1.Keeping the intended line INTACT( and it is here the human mind comes in to play in the form of what we call "concentration").

2.Hitting the ball as and when we stay keeping the line INTACT.

The ACTUAL TASK is to SEE that these both(#1 and #2) should ALWAYS go TOGETHER for our shot to be successful.

And ...it is here in case of #1(to keep the line intact) the "Geometric routine" of my putting system is exactly REQUIRED....so that, with the help of which,we can keep the intended line of aim INTACT that too at the VERY MOMENT we hit the ball.

Hope the CRUX of my system is clear now.

Thanks,IMMSHARMA.(immsharma@yahoo.com)
