I agree!! It is a great drill for Natural Golf. It also has been around for almost 100 years as a golf drill. I used to do it in conventional golf, but had to try to keep my arms close to my body while swinging. It is a much better drill for NG as you don't have to try to keep your arms close to your body while swinging through the grass. You can just naturally let your arms extend away from your body through the impact area.
