We did find a recent SEC filing with a reference to the company that owns NaturalGolf.. The filing that referenced the company was HA LO INDUSTRIES INC 2 DEF 14A, Official notification to shareholders of matters to be brought to a vote ("Proxy") 04/27/2001 We use 10kwizard for this search and reccomend that you do the same to find out the most reccent filings and to see the context in which the company is mentioned when mentioned"

If you look up this website, you will see that this Ha-Lo company went Chapter 11.!
