The patent number protects the patent holder from other companies copying their product, it does not do anything for the customer. I do not know of anybody who has ever bought something based on whether the item has a patent number or not. You are a fool if you think that people do.

It may be that NG has permission to use the same patent for some reason. I do not know or care. You would have to talk to their legal department to get the answer to that one. I see no fraud there, but if there is fraud then I am sure that they will pay for it down the road. I could care less either way. I am just a happy NGer who loves the clubs. You are an unhappy person who likes to piss people off.
