Actually I don't use the HSS swing but I am trying to
I do not like the tape or swing, only the grip. Still use NG swing with restricted hip rotation and mostly hip shift. Works pretty good so far a long with no bad hooks with HSS as long as I keep my chest pointed to impact area.

I know of the SA forum. Just looking for more input.
