on sites like this. Get the NG setup, and then do a couple of simple NG drills, and you will have the motion.

It is absurd to think that you need to know what the elbow is doing, what the knees are doing, bla, bla, bla..... There is nothing simple about all that crap.

Setup ideally to hit a golf ball. Swing through ball in direction you want ball to fly. = Having fun hitting ball great.

Go to the NG website chat area. Tons of questions answered in that area.

Good luck, and don't fill your head with mechanical thoughts. Remember how you learned to throw a ball? Keep it that simple and you will love NG like I do.
