This site will quite dramatically demonstrate that Moe approaches the ball with the right forearm up and it rotates to right forearm forward through the swing. That would seem to indicate to me a forearm rotation.

Wouldn't that seem to be forearm rotation to you?

Again, the only two ways that I know of where you can hit the ball without right forearm rotation would be Heard Super Swing, and square to square like Miller Barber. Moe does neither of these things.
