Nobody makes more BS posts then you do. You are self serving egotistical nightmare of a person. Too bad you have no clue as to what NG is teaching. They do not say that the body and arms are two different moves. They say that the body moves in anticipation of the arms swing. Can you not read, or are you just an idiot?
