Subject: And the Cops dealing with Golf...

seem to have a problem with doing their job and steeling from citizens, too.

You really think that, "The only units that have problems" with corruption are drug units as you said??????????

From the January/February, 2001 "Golf Journal", the USGA publication, page 8:

"NOT PLAYING BY THE RULES"

"Two veteran police officers in Oklahoma City have been charged with obtaining money by false pretenses. Prosecutors allege the officers defrauded the city by playing golf when they were expected to be patrolling the streets.

"Apparently, investigators checked records at the Lake Hefner Golf Course and found that the officers had signed courtesy rosters and starting time sheets during hours that police records showed them to be working."

Those cops were REALLY TEMPTED by the BIG MONEY, weren't they????

Chazman, if we want to hear mindless droning we'll go outside and set up a chair by the air conditioner.
