Subject: Ebay auction checkout?

Have any of you successfully bid on NG equipment on Ebay? I had the winning bid on some clubs on 11/22. Following the sellers instructions, I waited for an email for proper checkout procedures instead of using Ebay's checkout. As of 12/04 I still haven't been contacted. Emailing to NG has resulted in two stock responses that I will be "automatically" emailed from auction works with instructions. Does this usually take so long? Is a two week wait common? Ebay suggests seller/buyer contact within 3 days! If this is common practice, we should be told that when bidding - I'm a bit nervous, did I buy clubs? Is there a problem due to the holidays? Any experienced Ebay bidders' comments would be appreciated!
