Subject: Iron Components for Custom Set

I am investigating my options for building a set of irons. I have learned from some posts that the Dynacraft PC3s which can be ordered at 3 degrees up are a good choice. Are Dynacraft components good quality? What are some of the other highly rated options? I know Maltby sells iron heads that are more than double the price. Are any these good for a mid handicapper with an average swing speed? Also making a commitment to the game so I may consider more of a player's head to grow into. Thanks in advance.
