From one Eagle Golfer to a par golfer. I had an Eagle, once 8-10 years ago.

Par Golfer is one that can acheive a score of par or better consistently over an entire match/game. One that acheives par or better on various holes is just that "one who acheives par or better on various holes".

Another way to sum it up is by handicap.
