I do not know about whom you are referring, but my name is not Ken. Your accusations make me laugh though. How can one person be so messed up?

I don't know how they teach the release, but if it is an Ideal mechanical release then it is probably close. All you have to do is look at Moe's release to figure it out. Not really difficult.
