I purchased the LOBG tapes as well as other stuff from
NG over the years. I liked the tape just fine and particularly liked Chuck Hogans audio which I think is a
classic.
HOwever the one thing that I did not like about the
tapes is that they said the weight shift and the arm swing
are two different motions that have to be coordinated.
I don't think that will work as well as teaching that
one move is an action and the other a reaction.
Proof that my methods work can be found in another
posting on this site.
But other than that I thought the LPBG tape was fine
and I liked the right hand only drill as a way of teaching
the ng swing. Just learn to do it with one hand and when you
get that simply add the left hand. YOu should eventually
feel yourself squatting down sllghtly as you hit with your
right side.
