Gnish spent all of the next day casting a flight spell that kept failing on him (the elf must have a magic breaker) just to catch up with the elf. Finaly Gnish make it to the top of a hill and saw the dark figure against the side of the mountain, climbing. He takes out a pair of long eyes, and adjusts several nobs on the top, the figure came into focus. The elf was agile as a cat, and for a man of his height, and build, it was very impressive. Gnish fliped a switch on the glass eyes, and the image flicked black, then the images reapeared, but now they glowed with different intencitys, the elf was the brightest thing on the whole screen. Gnish thought to himself, "Oh my, this one is stronger than any I have seen, with few acceptions." Gnish pushed a button on the top of the glasses, and the lenses flicked black again, he slid them off, and placed them back in his bag. He stuck his hand in his pocket, and pulled out a small object that was similar to an egg, with a button on top of it. Not a moment after he had pulled the egg from his pocket did a small mechanical mouse poke his head out of the pocket, then crawl up to Gnish's shoulder. Gnish reached up and petted his dear friend, and pet. "Hi little friend." He pointed at the figure on the cliff wall, "see him," the mouse nodded, "we are going to make a new friend." he said cheerfully. The mouse mearly shrugged, then climbed down to his brest pocket, which had been modifed so that Glitch could sit in it, and so what was going on, much like a baby seat. Gnish pulled down the goggles that sat on top of his head, and pushed the button on top of the egg. He blicked out of existence, then back into existence 100ft above the elf. He put the gadget back in his pocket, and removed the goggles from his eyes. Gnish called down to the elf. "Hey!" The elf looked up quickly in suprise. "Yeah, hi. Could you use a hand?" The elf looked Gnish hard in the face, and said with a very sarcastic tone. "No I like climbing this cliff!" Gnish and the elf talked back and forth for a few minutes trying to figure out if the elf really wanted help of not, but finaly Gnish lowered a rope and the elf climbed up.
