Ja, die Microklist heißen jetzt Microlax. Kleine Tube mit Röhrchen dran, so 7 cm. Einfach bis zum Anschlag rein und ganz ausdrücken. Dauert dann so 15 bis 30 minuten und es gibt eine schöne sanfte Entleerung und einen leeren Mastdarm ;-)
