If Shejdie leaves then Rowe needs to be gone. Your most promising players can't be transferring all the time.

With all due respect, Will, if Shedjie Childs represents the future of UNH hoops, then maybe Rowe is already on the way out.

Maybe I just saw Childs in the wrong 4-5 games, but he looked like an average player on a bad team. UNH needs better players, period. Childs, to me, was more of the same. Decent, but not a guy who is going to lead you to more wins. Just my opinion.

He was inconsistent. Had some great games and some very mediocre games. Got into foul trouble too much. Did you see the UNH win over Maine? I thought Shejdie was awesome in that game, 17 points, great defense, clutch baskets. Some some other very good games during the season as well. He needs better players around to show his whole game.

Childs leaving would be a disaster.

I agree. He's ok, but if UNH is hitching its star to him, we could have problems.

Derrell Keys outplayed the kid in the one game I saw him in person, and I saw him on tape a bunch of times. I think quicker guards give him a hard time, and when I saw UNH play NU in Durham, he had to foul Barea to keep him from driving.
