No, of course. It was shower room, not a pool. The older girls were 13-14 and the most of them wore two-piece bathing suits. Really, I didn't see that anyone except some old teachers ("vospitateli") and some little girls had one-piece fully closed bathing suit. We boys were 7-11 years old, sometimes with few 12 years olds. Nobody were just standing and chatting there.
Bath time started after the breakfast with counselors gathering all younger groups near the bath house. When all groups were there, they had about 30 of us to go into the locker room, undress naked and stand there in a line. Then, usually in about no more than 5 minutes, older girls, already in bathing suits, came in and passed into the shower room, open and adjust water and called the first boys. The rest of us stayed standing naked in a line in locker room, in front of the door to the shower room, about 20 more boys (the door was never closed however), and the rest of us were standing outside, of course still dressed, or more precisely, in shorts, without shirts. It was like assembly line - when some of the girls finished washing some of us, she called the next and the one who were just bathed go back to the locker room to dry and dress and the first in a naked line took his place under the shower. Then, when the ones who dried and dressed, leaved the locker room and the same count of boys, who were waiting outside, came in, undressed and stand naked to the end of line.
This is how it was.

I thing at Olga's camp it was little different, but very similar anyway.
