Yes, When i was 14 i was picking on my 11 year old sister and humiliating her. So my folks waited till i was out of the shower. My dad had me by the arm. My mom called my sister out and had her sit on the couch and put a pillow on her lap then my folks draped me over her knee and my mom handed her a wooden spoon and said "we'll hold him and you hit him, as hard and as many times as you want". My mom removed my towel revealing my bare bottom and she held my arms while my dad held my feet and my sister gave me many hard smacks with the spoon. It hurt and despite my whimpers after the first couple dozen my sister was laughing and enjoying it
