I disagree with the whole "stop sign" concept based on age when it comes to spanking. Plenty of teens (including mine) require discipline applied to the area of the body best suited to receive it. In most cases the need for it will decrease as children get older but a good bottom warming should be a club parents should always keep in their bag.
