I was asked to write a book on the Easybeats back in 2008 but only got as far as 42 pages and had to stop.

I was diagnosed with CLL (Chronic Leukaemia) so had to shelve the project and never got back to it.

I saw them perform at their very first small concert called Beatle Village in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1964 i think it was and they were quite magnificent.

However, I could be wrong here but I seem to recall they also had a keyboard player back then?

I have always loved their music and still do.
