In the first half of the year, the rate of spankings has increased, and very frequently and more than usual. There were several reasons for this, but it was not because I am stricter than usual. Yes, I like to spank my children, but only when there is a reason and a good spanking is warranted and deserved.
I don't see anything wrong with that, on the contrary, it's a mandatory necessity. A nice, red, sore butt and a good cry always work wonders. It gets rid of a lot of snot...
A mother of two children, ages 7 and 9, told me that she believes a spanking should be administered very rarely. As a last consequence, so to speak, when everything else has been of no use. I have a slightly different opinion.
Do you think that a spanking should be rare?
