Hi Mary,

Thank you so much for your support! Indeed it was a great chat that Amy and I had. We are on the same page with pretty much everything. She seems to really appreciate that I want to be sure to respect all her wishes, and I appreciate that she doesn’t want to turn anything upside-down here through the process. The kids had a great nanny who I know they are going to miss, but I know they will enjoy this as well. As far as the discipline, I know they will hate the spankings when needed, but I am going to make sure they know they are so loved even when spanked, or even especially when spanked.
