I'm modern mum and 1.5 years ago I introduced lexan paddle for my older daughter 10th birthday (she also received other gifts 😃).
Her sister is 9 and she will get paddle next year when she turns 10.
It's a high tech object, long good stinging and few short time marks. Light and handy.
I found it in a shop while I was considering introducing an implement and i instinctively bought it. Perfect choice.
Being young, my paddle hasn't much to tell, it only spanked one bottom. Just to specify: it was sold in a shop for adults stuff and for other kind of spanking but it fits very well for naughty kids discipline.
