Thank you for the congratulations and you are absolutely right. He is 13 but unchanged from when he was 12 a few days before. Well, it doesn't matter if it's a birthday or a normal weekday, if you act like a brat you deserve to get spanked. Period. I already know that Marek will be making frequent trips over my knee in the next few years. I have no doubt about that.
