I see you were also very busy with your daughters in November. But I think at the age of your daughters, 9 and 11, three or four spankings a month is not that unusual. It happens quite often with my 13 and 14 year old boys or is even a normal month.
Well, my boys don't often show signs of growing maturity, but Marek is really still a child at just 13.
I'm sure your older daughter needed the four spankings. Even getting spanked three times a month is not too much for a 9 year old.
