Probably isn't a list my Gabriel would feel very proud to be in, but you definitely can add his name as a 14-yo who still finds himself with his naughty little tail up as he lies over my knees quite often.
To me, spanks given with the child standing up are mostly for warning, while taking him over my lap is part of most punishment spankings.
Sometimes I spank him first over his briefs and then I take them down while he’s already crying across my lap. Otherwise I first lower his pants and undies before positioning him.
