When I would and do bare my boy’s bottoms for their spanking or when I spank one of my nephews or nieces, it is a task I perform only with them positioned over my lap so as to maximize the embarrassment factor in my actually witnessing their bottom's transition from clothed to bare. Then it is the methodical, maternal baring of a boy's backside as I slowly lower his underpants, it is the same way for my nieces panties and nephews underpants. I have never deviated from pants and underpants, panties being taken down just far enough to leave them bare from his waist to the knees.
