Subject: Two heads snap up suddenly, eyes growing wide...

"No..." They all voice as one, eyes dimming. She was gone. Both of them were gone. Kiarath looks shaken, Taliath even more so.

The future WeyrWoman leans heavily against her dragon, closing her eyes. "She's gone, Taliath... she's gone... what will happen?" She doesn't know, and this makes it worse than anything she had ever experianced. The gold, eyes suddenly blazing a deep crimson-red, raises her muzzle and emits the bugle all dragons gave for a fellow that has blinked between for the last time. Ralek listens silently, knowing that the WeyrWoman at Fort deserved it.

Ralkene sits down, blinking. "She is gone... you can not sense her, Kiarath?" I am sorry, Ralkene... she is gone. The large green replies, after a moment's hesitation. As Taliath raises her muzzle to the sky, emitting the long, brassy call, Kiarath does the same, adding her deeper baritone voice to that of the gold, as they remember the Weyrwoman, in the time-old tradition.
