*The queen rumbles at her rider, who had curled up in a fetal position. With disapproving notes coloring her faceted eyes, the gold nudges the Weyrlady with her muzzle. S'sha starts, tense and expecting something that could only come from a dream. She relaxes a little at sight of Kylith, and rises painfully. See? This is what happens when you refuse to sleep and insist upon watching every weyrling learn to fly, go between, chew firestone, and practice dodging Thread. S'sha rubs her forehead and rises. "You know me, Kylith, I don't sleep until it's necessary." It's necessary every night. You cannot think straight when tired. The queen seems to pause. Well, you can, but most cannot. S'sha laughs a little and looks around. All they were doing was practicing now. Go eat. "Yes ma'am!" S'sha salutes her gold, who rumbles and takes off to find some food of her own as the rider heads for the Table.*
