Ooh, Sae! Wake up! There's something for you here... Suddenly the young golden scowls. It's an egg, but you already Impressed. It's a shrimpy egg, too. Stirring beside her hatchling, she smiles gently at the jealousy in the young one's tone. Giving the eye ridges a reassuring itch she carefully cradles the egg.

"It's alright, Shrineth, it's a fire lizard egg. But who's it from?" She searches with a slight bit of puzzlement for any sign of a donor, and finds the note her brother had sribbled. Reading it, a wry smile crosses her face and she laughs softly. "Leave it to my brother..."

I think it's going to hatch, and soon! Should we take it to the Hatching grounds? That's where everyone else went. Then it can hatch there. As long as it's not taking my place, I'll accept it. The note of pride in the little queen's voice is unmistakeable and the girl is reminded again of Kylith. She smiles reassuringly at Shrineth and again affirms that the flit won't be replacing anyone.

Looking around, she notices the absence of people.
" It's just a gift from my brother, so I'll stay off his back. Yeah, let's go. You'll get to meet all my friends." She carefully tucks the egg where it will stay safe and warm and accompanies the haughtily delicate young dragonette to the sands.
