The gold moves away from the other dragons, rocking back on coiled haunches. Rider stayed firm, holding onto the harness tightly, legs pressed against her dragon's sides. With a leap, Taliath gives a great flap of her wings, barely getting three feet off the ground. "Get a running start before you leap, maybe we can get farther that way." Nodding her great head, Taliath begins pacing in a straight line, speeding up, before leaning back, leaping, and giving a great downward stroke with her wings. She gains nearly ten feet of altitude, giving another great flap, though it wasn't enough. They drift down in a rather ungainly matter, every few moments Taliath flapping her golden wings, making them rise for nearly a foot, before descending again. They finally come to land, rather close to K'u. Ralek can't help grinning to herself, turning to the Weyrleader. "Was that all right, sir?"
