The insane one entered upon dragonback. She caught the instructions and a great grin gave way accross her face, She cracked her knuckles, her eyes tired looking but excited at the same time.
Her hair was ussually a dark, indigo blue, the color of her Eirath. But, long, tied back locks were still black with soot when she had returned. She didn't have a chance to go and bathe yet.
Eirath looked even worse, having gone practically black with dust and grime, and nothing gave way to him being a blue dragon but the way he acted.
Rage, as always, was prowling upon Eirath's neck ridges, just looking for a fight, her son Fear perched lazily on Angele's right shoulder. Hope was curled around the girl's neck, nearly being full grown. She gave a wide yawn, her golden hide only slightly dirty.
Chaos stood docilely upon Angele's left shoulder, occasionally glancing to his daughter around his mistresses neck, but for the most part, drifting in and out of sleep.
Angele grinned, trying to shoo her 'lizards to higher ground. Rage nipped at Angele's neck, but obediently flew towards her long claimed rock, her brother and son following behind her. Only the gold could not be shaked off, and Angele sighed reluctantly, giving in and letting the thing stay where she was.
The blue-haired one yawned herself, but smiled brightly at Eirath. She rummaged through the pile of firestone, looking for a medium sized peice, fitting the Weyrling Master's descrition. She showed it to Eirath.
-You can NOT make me eat that,- he grumbled, shaking his wings.
She looked to him, grinning. You never used to be a picky eater, Eirie. What happened? Swallowed one too many meatrolls? she teased.
Erath scrunched his nose. -Well, for one thing, I'm a picky eater, Angele.I have always been. Besides, it looks disgustiing and unedible. Shard it if that thing goes in my mouth, let alone travel to my second stomach. I'll have a gut ache, I know it. -
Angele grinned. "This from a dragon who at his Hatchling Feast, ate cheese, meatroll AND bubbly pie at the same time, then proudly showed us how it looked. Come on. Get off it. You're chicken. Or, do you want the cute greens around here to think you a coward for not munching some nice, delectable....rock?"
Eirath gave a slight blush, barely noticable, especially since he was so grimy. -Well, no....but, if you put it that way, Ang...- he resigned, taking the rock gently between his jaws and chewing, carefully.
"So, how does it taste, you big galoot?"
Eirath gave a low rumble, swallowing, willing the rock to go to his second stomach. After a few moments, he expirementally opened his mouth to breathe fire, an d gave a little belch, to his delight a small flame flickering out of his mouth.- Like something you'd cook, Angele.-
Angele mocked offense, pushing grease streaked strands of hair from her eyes. "I can cook, Eirie. And you know it. My cooking doesn't taste that bad."
Eirath gave a draconic grin. -Exactly.-

C'rin had been sleeping the class away, but his dragon had listened to the lesson and his firelzard had 'attempted' to listen as well, in between nipping Tuath's writhing tail.
The boy and his brown weren't that dirty at all, and the firelizard had escpaed grime altogether. After all, if Corin's hair was still white, well then, he did pretty good! Besides, nobody could see dirt on a brown anyway, especially a chocolate brown one like Tuath.
C'rin opened his eyes, setting his gaze ojn his dragon. Änything happen?" he asked quietly, gently; barely audible to even his dragon's ears.
-Well, actually, yes. You missed a valuable class on how to eat firestone.-
C'rin's eyes widened. "What? Why didn't you wake me? Tuath!"
The dragon gave his rider an apologetic look. -I'm sorry. I didn't want to wake you.You look so peaceful when you sleep, and I thought you'd need the rest. You worked pretty hard, and the loss of that brown was a terrible shock to you....- the brown apoligized, looking to C'rin for reprimand.
C'rin smiled, thrusting his arms around Tuath's neck. "Thank you. You're nice."
Nice, he knew, wasn't the best word he could've picked. But, he had a hard time sharing his feelings, andhe knew that Tath would know what he meant.
Tuath mused, his gentle voice seeping into C'rin's mind. -So, let's get this over with, friend. I want to sleep as well, you know. And food would be nice, too,- Tuath told his rider, and the boy wholeheartedly agreed.
It was Tuath who told his rider what to do, and it took them nearly an hour to understand the whole process correctly.
But, sure enough, the boy and dragon triumphed, and Tuath turned his head to the side, letting out a tiny cloud of flame.
C'rin grinned. Ï wish I could do that."
Tuath chuckled. -Then join the renegades, C'rin. he joked, turning his head back to9 his rider, an amused glint in his eyes.
