Subject: impeyan hatching

My pair are just in their first year of breeding and she started laying today! Any suggestions on what to do? I am really a novice and want to do it right. I understand it is best to gather the eggs as she lays in order to protect them. Would it be best to incubate or give them back to her if she sits?
