Subject: RED GOLDEN PHEASANT LAYING

Hello everyone glad to see the new board. Wish you the best of luck with it Shane! My question is, I have a red golden pheasant hen that has layed two eggs so for this season, but she lays them while on the roost or while sitting on a log. Is there anything i can do to stop this? She is an older hen (4 years old) and has never done this before. I have different nest in her pen some up high some low and a big hollow log cut in half length ways and she sits under the log sometimes , but comes out to lay her egg. Any suggestions on how to prevent this would be appreciated! Thanks Dennis
