I'm feeling like stars are aligning for many. Hopefully, Chris is recovering well. Valley Fever ain't nothing to play with from what he's said. He seems good at researching and finding good, healing remedies. It's not really an age thing, but finding the right balance, is my guess.

Again, congrats on your home. It's such a crucial part of satisfaction and less stress.
