To be totally honest. I grew up in a great family, and know a lot of super awesome couples. The guys are very faithful and loving to their wives and families. But I also have had friends from very dysfunctional families. It's hard for many to see that there are good guys out there, when their uncle raped them, their dad abused them, etc.
I have had my share of "using" losers-womanizers that I thought cared. Although those "using" type of people totally suck. I remind myself of the loving caring guys, that do exist. At my age, it's a matter of finding the very few that are single. All the good ones are truly taken.
As far as CI. I do not think he is a user, at all. His attachment to his family and friends shows much of his true character. Sure he has broken hearts, but I think he may have grown up. Apparently Margaret Cho has not.
