If you are so dead set on people's jobs needing to have some grand purpose, why are you here? Chris and the guys work in the same business. Show business. It's purpose is to entertain people, but I guess that doesn't count as a "purpose" to you. You should probably stop watching Tv, movies, going to see music, plays, reading fictional books, playing games & all things related to show business or fun. Not enough Purpose for you, right?
Or maybe you are just mad that she spent time with him and you haven't?
