I was asking people's opinions of a behaviour. Not starting rumours or trying to figure out anything about what the person was doing. People have different ideas about what they consider normal, so I wanted to get others opinions.
This board is anonymous - nobody would have to worry if their opinion was unpopular, because nobody would know whose it was. People on this board have seen and heard of many strange things that CIS fans have done, so would have a better barometer wrt this behaviour than your average person on the street.
There was not a danger to Chris or Kenney, because Chris had been told about what this person had planned ahead of time. No reason for me to go to the police.
