Is how CI introduced them. They were atypical, yes, and I can't give any insight - just my usual: they're braver than me and I want to find a red sparkly outfit. I'm glad there was no schtick or any put downs, though.
Having said that, it was another astounding concert. Both last night and the night before seemed timed to the minute; I didn't feel cheated of time or songs, however. I did think that the venues probably have very restrictive time allotted in their contracts. For the winery, where the wine bushes grow, there are officers to direct traffic and at PNE it was the last night, so I can understand finishing when you are supposed to. Speaking of not being cheated, during Pretty Girls Don't Cry I felt sublimely happy. It was performed beyond Beyonce level (sorry Beyhive) and I had a very joyous moment among many a great moment throughout the concert. I'll try and write more when I'm done travelling. One addition, I've often said yes pretty girls do cry and CI acknowledged this in Woodinville. Of course, it was in a humorous way. :)
