chance to get him, but so many years later it has not happened. Even if he treats her poorly, it does not matter. Her goal is to land him and win.
Connie is not his gf, and he may not even consider her a friend.
Tina W is a friend who wants him
Dorie is a friend who still wants him
Who else is a "friend" and wants him
I don't think he will ever commit to any of the above. The closest he has come to commitment is Dorie, but he changed his mind.
He has someone, probably hanging in limbo, but it's none of the above.
