I noticed there was a limit of two drinks per person at the venue I was at very recently. This seemed to help with keeping things more pleasant for everyone. I'm not a drinker myself so I get frustrated with drunks at the shows too. I still think they should have a drinker and non drinker sections. Keep them separate.
